NOTICE to Bank Draft Customers

Utility customers utilizing bank draft may notice the draft amount does not match the November 2017 bill amount.  Staff is working diligently to correct the error.

If the amount drafted from your account is more than was due, you will receive an electronic payment on your account on or before 11/20/2017.

If the amount drafted from your account is less than was due, you will see a second draft on your account on or before 11/22/2017.

If the amount due was not drafted, you will see a draft on your account on or before 11/22/2017.
