All submittals MUST include a copy of the TABC Pre-Qualification form and/or print out of
AIMS form, whether initial or renewal. Confirmation of receipt and instructions on payment
procedures will be emailed to you within two business days. If you need to submit a hardcopy,
see addresses below. A prepaid self-addressed envelope MUST be included with your
hardcopy submittal to have the original returned to you, if needed.
