About the EDC/CDC

The Van Alstyne Community and Economic Development Corporations (VA CEDC) are responsible for community and economic development in the Van Alstyne area with the following objectives:

Create or retain job opportunities
Recruit or retain manufacturers and industries

Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month - unless otherwise indicated on the agenda. The CDC meets first at 6:00 PM, and the EDC meets immediately following.
