The rail spur in Cold Springs Industrial Park is owned by the Van Alstyne Economic Development Corporation and provides area companies easy loading and unloading access from both sides of the track. Rail service is available with Dallas Garland & Northeastern Railway. We can guide you in the process of acquiring additional rail easements if needed.
