Parks Reservation Request Form

The City of Van Alstyne has five beautiful parks available with a variety of facilities and activities for your enjoyment. To schedule use of the athletic fields at Forrest Moore Park and McKinney Wilson Park, please use the form below or call our office at 903-482-5426.

Parks Reservation Request Form

This form e-mails our park staff to let them know details of your interest in using the facilities. Staff will check availability and follow up with you to finalize your reservation and collect payment.

Dorothy Fielder Park Gazebo

To rent the gazebo in Dorothy Fielder Park, please request a special event permit.

To rent the Gazebo, a special event permit must be completed and approved by the City Manager. So, please visit the special event permit page and use that form. This form can't be used to reserve the Dorothy Fielder Park Gazebo. However, we do have other parks with pavilions that do not require reservations: Forrest Moore Park and North Park
