Notice: Failure to Submit DLQOR

Below is a mandatory notice prescribed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) which was provided as an insert in the August 2018 utility bills.  This notice is required due to the City’s failure to timely provide a quarterly operating report to the TCEQ, a clerical issue.  The notice was received by the TCEQ 1 day late and as a result the City of Van Alstyne Water System must notify its customers.  The quality of drinking water is not compromised.
